Professionally digitized embroidery files optimized for commercial embroidery machines. We convert your logos and designs into stitch files with proper density, underlay, and compensation for fabric pull — ensuring perfect results every time.
An embroidery machine can't read a JPG or even a normal vector file — it needs a stitch file that tells it where every stitch goes. We start by cleaning up your design, simplify details that are too small to stitch, then plan the stitch types, direction and order.
Density, underlay and pull compensation are set for the fabric you tell us about, so the logo sews out neatly on caps, polos and jackets instead of puckering or losing small text.
Common projects we deliver as embroidery files.
Staff polos, shirts and jackets with your logo.
Designs planned for curved cap fronts and structured hats.
Small logos kept readable at 3–4 inches wide.
Stitch files for patches, clubs and teams.
Simple ordering, a real designer on every file.
Send the image you have — a JPG, PNG, PDF, screenshot or phone photo — and tell us how you'll use it.
A designer redraws your artwork in Adobe Illustrator, path by path.
Check the preview and ask for any changes until it's right.
Download your final files in DST, PES, EXP, JEF.
DST, PES, EXP and JEF as standard. If your machine uses another format, tell us when you order.
Tell us the finished size and where it goes (cap, left chest, jacket back). Stitch files are planned for a specific size.
Very small text doesn't stitch cleanly. We will adjust or suggest a simpler version so it stays readable.
Everything is traced by hand by the same studio.
Upload your file and a designer gets started.
