Print-ready artwork optimized specifically for screen printing. We separate colors, create proper overlaps, adjust for underbase, and deliver files that screen printers love working with. No surprises, no reprints.
Screen printing needs one screen per colour, so the artwork has to be split into clean, solid colour layers. Gradients, tiny details and colours that almost match cause problems on press. We rebuild your design as a vector with a fixed set of spot colours, then separate each colour onto its own layer.
We add the small overlaps (trapping) that stop gaps appearing between colours and an underbase for dark garments, so your printer can burn screens without redoing the file.
